Any project manager operates four elements: cost, schedule, time and producing a satisfactory result. Qualified PMs also attempt to make the organization of work more efficient. Take your project and you will notice that it requires people, finance and tools to produce satisfactory outcomes. To work with projects successfully one should work on several things.
